Boulder Realtors will provide services at a discount as part of the city’s new affordable housing initiative.
A coalition of agents from the Boulder Realtor Association will offer their professional assistance at a commission rate of no higher than 2.5 percent to lower-income citizens when purchasing or selling permanently affordable housing in the city. Agents will receive instruction to orient them to Boulders affordable housing initiative. Boulder officials further explained these same agents will donate a good deal of time and services to the city.
