Boulder, Colorado has a population of 94,673 residents with a median age of 29 years of age. The University of Colorado provides a resident base of students. 66% of the residents over 25 have a bachelor’s degree or higher. The median household income is $44,748, but the median family income is $70,257. 53% are employed in management, professional or related fields, while 37% are in sales, office, or service occupations.
